Transcendent dives into the relationship between listening to music and its effects on our emotions. Each poster targets an emotion/feeling using four different songs and specific imagery andiconography to bring the emotion to fruition.The goal of this exhibition is to demonstrate how music can be used as a therapy.
In moments of stress and sorrow, music is there to uplift you. In moments of joy and happiness, music is there to amplify that feeling. Music also brings us together because despite any differences in our musical preferences, it still creates a transcendent moment.
